The core R&D team has been deeply involved in the field of hydrogen production through electrolysis of water for more than ten years, always adhering to market demand orientation and technological innovation as the engine. The company has independently developed double-sided direct coating of roll to roll membrane electrodes, bipolar plate protective coatings, non precious metal catalysts, modular assembly and mass production technology for fuel cells, as well as five in one purification technology (high-precision physical filtration, freeze-drying, membrane separation and purification, PSA pressure swing adsorption impurity removal, palladium membrane purification) and ten in one hydrogen generator safety protection technology.
The hydrogen production machine product has passed third-party CNAS/CMA testing and certification, meeting all the requirements of the national standard (GBT3634,2) for electronic grade ultra pure hydrogen (purity ≥ 99.9999). The impurity index is better than that of Air Liquide bottled hydrogen, and the energy consumption meets the first level energy efficiency standard. It has been successfully applied in multiple fields such as semiconductors, artificial diamonds, biomedicine, and analytical testing.
