Located in Shengshi Tengfei Intelligent Manufacturing Park, Guicheng Sub-district, Nanhai District, Foshan City, the company has built its first-phase production line covering an area of 2,150 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 square meters for PEM membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs) and 20,000 square meters for bipolar plates. Relying on the strong support from the government and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the company is capable and confident of providing customers with professional, efficient, stable and sustainable products as well as after-sales maintenance services.
The company’s core R&D team has been deeply engaged in the field of water electrolysis for hydrogen production for more than ten years, and has always adhered to a market demand-oriented approach and taken technological innovation as the driving force. It has independently developed a series of core technologies, including roll-to-roll double-sided direct coating for membrane electrode assemblies, protective coating for bipolar plates, and modular mass production technology for stacks. In addition, the company has a five-in-one purification technology (high-precision physical filtration, freeze drying, membrane separation and purification, PSA pressure swing adsorption impurity removal, and low-load low-temperature palladium alloy purification) and a ten-in-one safety protection technology, which comprehensively safeguard customers’ hydrogen use safety.
The company’s hydrogen generators have passed third-party CNAS/CMA testing and certification as well as EU CE certification. They meet all the index requirements of electronic-grade ultra-pure hydrogen specified in the national standard (GB/T 3634.2) (purity ≥ 99.9999%), with impurity indicators superior to those of Air Liquide’s bottled hydrogen, and energy consumption reaching the first-class energy efficiency standard. These products have been successfully applied in the fields of semiconductors, lab-grown diamonds, biopharmaceuticals and analytical testing.
